GATE Civil Engineering Guide, published in 2013, is for candidates who are preparing for this tough competitive examination. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an All India test for engineers whose score determines their admission into Indian educational institutes for higher studies. The exam is organized by the Indian Institutes of Technology and the Indian Institute of Science. Candidates can choose a particular subject on which they would like to write the test.
