RRC Hubli Recruitment 2012 – 790 Group D Vacancies: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Hubli is inviting applications for 790 Group D posts in Divisions and Headquarters of South Western Railway. Eligible candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria may apply through prescribed application format on or before 28-09-2012. 1. Trackman – 425 vacancies
2. Helper/TMO – 107 vacancies
3. Helper/Mech. (C&W) – 100 vacancies
4. Helper/Elec/AC – 70 vacancies
5. Porter/Hamal/Sweeper-cum Porter/Optg – 67 vacancies
6. Safaiwala/Medi – 21 vacancies
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must not be below 18 years nor it must be more than 33 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 25-08-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pass outs in 10 Class or ITI or equivalent.
Application Fee Details: Applicants belonging to Unreserved and OBC categories would require to pay application fee of Rs. 40/-. This fee amount must be remitted in form of Indian Postal Order from any post office drawn in favour of FA&CAO/SWR/HUBLI and payable at Hubli. SC/ST/Women/Minority Community/Economically Backward Candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Original Document Verification and Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website www.swr.indianrailways.gov.in, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and super scribe “Application for erstwhile Group `D’ post – South Western Railway”, on the envelope. The filled in Application must be sent along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, DRM Office Compound, South Western Railway, Hubli-580 020 on or before 28-09-2012 only by ordinary post.
